Karma is a super Etsy seller--she had an unavoidable delay in mailing my item, and when I told her that I needed the purse this week as a birthday gift, she OVERNIGHTED it to me by FedEx at her expense. That's amazing service. And the purse in reality is really much more beautiful than her pictures show, with colors richer and deeper.
